egg less cake


Ingredients:
1&1/2 cup - maida
3/4 cup - ground sugar
1 cup - thick curd
1/2 cup - refined oil
1 tsp - baking powder
1/2 tsp - baking soda
1 tsp - essence
1/2 cup - tutty fruity
3 tbsp - cocoa powder (optional)

Method

Mix curd and sugar, add oil.
Mix baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
When bubbles appear, mix maida gradually in it.
Add essence and finally mix in the tutti fruity and cocoa powder.
Pour in a greased micro oven proof dish and bake for 14 minutes at 60 power in microwave.
Check with a knife; if it comes out clean then it is ready
