Arrabbiata sauce


Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 4 Garlic flakes (minced)
• 1 Onion (medium)
• Tomatoes with herbs and spices (1 can)
• 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• Salt and ground pepper to taste


How to make Arrabbiata sauce:
• Chop the onions.
• Heat the oil.
• Put chopped onions and minced garlic in it.
• Cook till onions are softened.
• Add tomatoes.
• Mix it well.
• Now add red pepper flakes, sugar, salt and pepper.
• Allow it to boil.
• Boil over medium flame till the sauce turns thick.
• Serve it with pasta.
