Veg. Noodles


Ingredients


250 grms Noodles
1 Carrot thin slices
1 Potato thin slices
5-6 Green beans
½ Bell pepper thin slices
1-2 Onions thin slices
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
¾ tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
½ tbsp chili sauce
1 pinch ajinomoto
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper

Directions
Boil all the vegetables (carrot, potatoes and beans) adding salt and keep it a side.
Boil noodles separately adding some oil and salt and keep it a side.
Now take some oil in kadai add ginger garlic paste and onions cook for 2 min.
Now add bell pepper cook for 2 mins, now add all the boiled vegetables stir well.
Add ajinomoto, salt, black pepper, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and chili sauce stir well for 5 mins.
Now add boiled noodles slowly stir and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins and serve hot with ketchup.
Note: Before adding noodles wet your hands with water and slowly mix it and then add it with vegetables.
